Integrations
Your business already runs on other tools. Connect the ones Smoo can really use.
Every integration page says what syncs, which way it moves, and what doesn’t sync yet, so you know before you connect. Read-only access is an option on most of them, and every write Smooth Operator makes waits for your yes.

Every tool has an off switch.
Org admins choose exactly what it may touch — turn off email sending and it can never send mail, for anyone.
It asks before it acts.
Outbound email, CRM writes, anything consequential — it drafts, you approve, edit, or decline. Nothing happens without your say.
Your team is one tap away.
Complex or sensitive conversations hand off to a person with the full history attached — escalation is a feature, not a failure.
Everything is on the record.
Every action it takes lands in the audit log with who, what, and when — review it any time.

Can I connect without letting Smoo change anything?
On most integrations, yes: pick read-only access when you connect. Data comes in and nothing is written back. You can switch to full access later from the same card.
Does the agent look things up in my other tools during a conversation?
Not live. It works from what has synced into Smoo: your contacts, deals, work items and conversations. Each integration page says exactly what that is.
The tool I use isn’t here. Now what?
Tell us which one. Integrations are built in the order customers ask for them, and the dashboard often connects more than these pages cover.
Will this replace my team?
No. Smooth Operator does the follow-through your people never get to: looking things up, drafting, logging, chasing. Your team keeps the judgment calls. Every send and every change waits for a person to say yes, and anything you mark as a human decision goes to a human.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT helps you think. Smooth Operator does the work, inside your business: it reads your inbox, your CRM and your queue, and acts with the tools you have switched on. Your data is never sold and never used to train models.
