GitHub integration

Somebody asks what’s in production. The answer is already in Smoo.

Install the Smoo GitHub App on a repo and its deployments and environments come into Smoo as they happen. List your GitHub Actions workflows and start a run from Smoo, next to your tests.

Free to connect. Disconnect any time; you approve every write.

Every tool has an off switch.

Org admins choose exactly what it may touch — turn off email sending and it can never send mail, for anyone.

It asks before it acts.

Outbound email, CRM writes, anything consequential — it drafts, you approve, edit, or decline. Nothing happens without your say.

Your team is one tap away.

Complex or sensitive conversations hand off to a person with the full history attached — escalation is a feature, not a failure.

Everything is on the record.

Every action it takes lands in the audit log with who, what, and when — review it any time.

Never sold, never trained on.You approve every send.Switch any tool off, any time.

Fair questions

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Is it an OAuth app?

No, a GitHub App. You install it on the repos you choose, and it gets only the permissions the app asks for.

Can it change my code?

No. It reads deployments and workflow runs, and starts a workflow when you ask it to. It doesn’t push, merge or comment.

Will this replace my team?

No. Smooth Operator does the follow-through your people never get to: looking things up, drafting, logging, chasing. Your team keeps the judgment calls. Every send and every change waits for a person to say yes, and anything you mark as a human decision goes to a human.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT helps you think. Smooth Operator does the work, inside your business: it reads your inbox, your CRM and your queue, and acts with the tools you have switched on. Your data is never sold and never used to train models.
