CRM
Your pipeline lives in five places. Smooth Operator keeps one that’s true.
The lunch notes are on your phone, the trade-show list is a spreadsheet, and Marcus Johnson is in there twice. Tell Smooth Operator what happened and it files it: the contact, the company, the follow-up, the deal.
Watch it do the work
Tell it what happened. It keeps the record.
Log a lunch, import a list, clean up duplicates. It looks first, tells you what it will change, and waits for your yes.
Contacts, companies and deals. One record of each.

Import a list without the mess.
Upload a spreadsheet and see what it will add and what it will update before anything is written. People you already have are merged in, not doubled.
Duplicates get found. Merges can be undone.
It lists the people who are in there twice and why it thinks so. You approve which groups to merge, and an undo is there if one was wrong.
One person, every address.
Work email, personal email, the old one, a mobile and a desk line all live on one contact, so a reply from any of them finds the right person.
Deals on a board.
Every open deal by stage, with its value and owner, the pipeline total and what you’ve closed. Move one yourself or ask Smooth Operator to.
Follow-ups that come back to you.
Put a task or a reminder on any contact, company or deal. When it’s due, it shows up in the app and on your phone.
Already on HubSpot or Salesforce?
Connect it and records sync both ways, so you can move over at your own pace. Disconnecting stops the sync and deletes nothing on their side.
The call ends. The details go in before you forget them.

Most of a pipeline starts as a conversation.
A call between fittings, a lunch, a chat at a booth. The details are freshest right after, and that’s exactly when nobody has time to open a CRM and fill in eight fields.
Type it the way you’d text a colleague. Smooth Operator finds the person and the company, asks for what’s missing, and books the follow-up once you say yes.
“Every chat conversation automatically creates or updates the contact record, logs the interaction, and tags the lead. My sales pipeline went from scattered spreadsheets to a complete customer timeline built automatically.”

It owns the execution. You own the constraints.
Every tool has an off switch.
Org admins choose exactly what it may touch — turn off email sending and it can never send mail, for anyone.
It asks before it acts.
Outbound email, CRM writes, anything consequential — it drafts, you approve, edit, or decline. Nothing happens without your say.
Your team is one tap away.
Complex or sensitive conversations hand off to a person with the full history attached — escalation is a feature, not a failure.
Everything is on the record.
Every action it takes lands in the audit log with who, what, and when — review it any time.

Fair questions
The questions people ask first. Straight answers.
Does it change records without asking?
No. Searching and reading happen right away. Creating, updating, importing and merging all wait for your approval, and an admin can switch any of those tools off for the whole organization.
What if it merges the wrong two people?
Undo the merge. Smooth Operator shows each duplicate group and why it matched, merges only the groups you approve, and can reverse a merge afterwards.
Can I bring my contacts with me?
Yes. Import a CSV with a preview first, or connect HubSpot or Salesforce and keep records in sync both ways while you switch.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The CRM has a free tier, and every standalone CRM plan includes unlimited seats and an AI agent.
Will this replace my team?
No. It takes the typing: logging calls, cleaning up imports, chasing duplicates. Your people keep the relationships and the judgment calls, and every change Smooth Operator makes waits for a yes from one of them.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
ChatGPT helps you think. Smooth Operator does the work inside your business: it reads your real contacts and deals, makes the change in your CRM, and asks before each one.
