What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
On the Free plan, conversations stop at the limit. On paid plans, overage conversations are billed at graduated per-conversation rates that decrease as volume grows. You can set spending alerts to stay in control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. All plans are cancel-anytime with no long-term contracts. Annual plans are billed upfront but can still be cancelled — you keep access through the end of your billing period.
What are bundles vs add-ons?
Bundles combine multiple products at a discount (e.g., AI Pro + CRM + Support for $99/mo instead of $127/mo). Add-ons let you add individual products to any AI plan à la carte.
What's included in white-glove onboarding?
On paid plans, our team helps configure your AI agents, set up knowledge bases, integrate with your tools, and train your team. We handle the complexity so you can focus on results.
Do add-ons require an AI plan?
