Your organization icon
Set the square icon that stands for your organization everywhere it is listed.
Your organization icon is the small round picture next to its name in the organization switcher, on the sign-in organization picker, in the admin lists and in the iPhone and Android apps.
Without one, every list shows your initials on your brand colour. Upload an icon and it replaces them everywhere at once.
How to

Open Settings → Your Organization → Brand Kit.

Under Icon, upload a square image.
A 512×512 PNG works best. PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP or SVG up to 5 MB. It is shown as a circle, so keep anything important away from the corners.

Set your primary brand colour on the same page.
This is the colour behind your initials anywhere the icon has not loaded yet.
If something goes wrong
- The mobile app still shows initials.
- Pull to refresh the organization list, or switch organizations and back. The app reloads the list, sees the new icon and caches it.
- The upload fails for a client organization you manage.
- Uploading needs a membership in that organization. Ask one of its members to upload the icon, or have yourself added to it first.
