Projects and work items
Plan and track work on boards and backlogs, with everything assigned to you in one view.
A project is a bucket of work with a short key (like "WEB") and its own board and backlog. Work items — tasks, issues, bugs, features and incidents — move through statuses from open to done.
Color reads as urgency: blocked and overdue work glows warm, finished work rests cool. My work collects everything assigned to you across projects, hottest first.
How to
- 1
Create a project and give it a short key.
The key is permanent — item references are minted from it.
- 2
Add work items from the board or backlog with New item.
- 3
Drag cards between board columns to change status.
Moving into Done stamps the completion time; moving out clears it.
- 4
Use the backlog for bulk edits: select rows, then set status or assignee for all of them.
- 5
Check My work each morning — blocked items lead the list.
If something goes wrong
- A project is missing from the index.
- It was probably archived. Switch the filter to Archived and restore it — archiving never deletes work items.
