A drip is 1:1 sales follow-up, usually from your own mailbox — not a marketing blast. Each recipient runs their own workflow, so waits are real and a reply can stop the sequence for that person alone.

If something goes wrong

Sends fail with no Google integration, though the UI shows one connected.
The sequence points at an integration that was disconnected and reconnected. Re-select the sending account on the sequence itself.
Someone replied and still got the next step.
Replies stop a sequence only when they arrive on the synced mailbox the sequence sends from.
